We are Salt Marsh Seasonings. Our inspiration behind these artisan blends is to create wonderful tasting seasonings for those that have food issues. Whether it be allergies, on specific diets (like low sodium, low sugar, KETO, gluten free, etc.), vegan, or simply prefer non-GMO products or are vegan, we are the seasoning company for you. We are as organic as possible in our herb and spice selections and we also pre-smoke some ingredients in a food smoker so you can enjoy a smoky flair without adding a carcinogenic like the imitation smoke flavors.

My name is Laura Knipp
I am a wildlife biologist and ethnobotanist. Currently I am also a meat cutter. My hobbies include gardening herbs and vegetables, and I am a heavy food smoker. I love to smoke foods and have both a hot smoker and a cold smoker.
I am highly allergic to most chemically preservatives, so I started to make my own seasonings. I have found that many people have issues with their foods, so I decided to share my seasoning creations with you.
