Froggie Haze Cajun & Creole Seasonings
Every story has a beginning. Salt Marsh Seasonings never considered certain brand names in the creation of their seasonings. Just a whimsical name added after tasting the seasoning creation for the first time, if any can be thought of at the time. We have so many seasonings in the works, we have US flavors from different regions of our country. We have international flavors from all over the world. We have dredges for chicken/poultry. We have herbal teas. We will have some jerky seasonings released soon as well. And all are gluten free and very little preservatives. Many are low in salt, or low in sugar. We care about health here very much. But nothing prepared us for this.

Who is Froggie Haze?
When making a Cajun & Creole seasoning, we wanted ours to stand out from the rest. Our Seasoning Guru is very creative and knowledgeable on what goes good together. She also has done tons of research into all the herbs and spices of the world to make these fantastic flavors come alive. Several different versions of Cajun, Creole, and Blackened Seasonings have been tried out and gotten our seal of approval. But last night something different happened. Something very different indeed.
The vision and goal were to make a seafood dredge that can be fried. It would already have a Cajun seasoning in it, so this seasoning would have to be able to stand out beyond the gluten free flours. But before the dredge can be made with the flours the seasoning must be created first. And what we came up with was so fantastically powerful that it has got its own product line. We never planned on the onset to have product lines based around a single seasoning idea, but this is what happened here.
And every product needs an image, a spokesperson. Erm…or a spokes frog. Meet Froggie Haze.
