What Makes Our Signature List?

We have amazing products. All of our recipes are worthy of our brand. But some are very exceptional. These exceptional products have a multi-layered flavor profile. And because of this multi-layering, we have called them signature. It takes a lot of trial and error, patience and knowledge of all seasonings to obtain this magnitude of flavor profiles. The flavors practically just burst in your mouth.
Here is our Signature Seasonings:
Signature Chili Powder
This chili powder is hotter than you will find in convenience grocery stores. Most chili powders contain paprika, cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, and sometimes salt. It has a very mild if any flavor, but it does add a dark color to your dishes.
Our chili powder is at a 15,000 to 30,000 Scoville heat scale. This means it is hotter than jalapeño and a good medium heat scale. We have 5 types of peppers included in our chili seasoning, so the flavor profile is unique. We also use both smoked peppers and unsmoked peppers; therefore, you taste those profiles as well.
Our Signature Chili Powder is so good, that all our seasoning recipes that call for Chili Powder in them, this is the chili powder we use. We believe in it so much.
Signature Multidimensional Garlic Seasoning

We started out with the seasoning label of "Garlic Steak Rub". And it was fantastic on steak. But the flavor profile spoke in levels. And we then tried it on chicken, pork, eggs, lamb, salmon, and it was fantastic on all we tried it on. It was also great on broiled root veggies.
Our seasoning simply couldn't be labeled as a steak rub, because it is easily an all-around type rub and seasoning. And the flavor continues long after the bite is swallowed.
Made with very few peppers, it still has an after bite. This is due to the mustard seed. If you want the mustard seed to stay mild, use this while cooking. Heat in water or juices will spread the oils out and keep the heat scale down. However, if you sprinkle this on a cold dish, the mustard oils will concentrate and make the heat scale go up a notch. And this is true in anything that has mustard seed in it.
Signature Creole Seasoning
Our Signature Creole Seasoning is made with our Signature Chili Powder and is utilized in some of our recipes that call for Creole Seasoning. At Salt Marsh Seasonings, we never use fillers to build our seasonings. We use other seasonings in our arsenal. Therefore, every seasoning we make is packed with several flavor profiles that complement each other. We are artisans, and it shows.
