Our Medium heat range Froggie Haze Cajun Seasoning is our original Cajun Seasoning.  We can spice up or down from this base. But this seasoning is many levels better than anything you find anywhere else. Froggie Haze Cajun Seasonings are more than just another Cajun Seasoning, it is a smoked Cajun using real food grade smoke.  It contains some salt and sugar, but is always non-GMO and gluten free.  
 
Other seasoning companies use paprika for color, possible smoke flavor, and cayenne for heat. And then they toss in tons of salt to keep their costs down while still requiring a large cost from your pocket. Sure they reep in profits, but it is detrimental to your pocket and health in the process.
 
We are not a two pepper show here and we keep salt to the minimum.  We also just charge you enough to cover our own costs.  Once you taste our seasonings, you will be glad you did. And remember, a little seasoning goes a long way if there is little to no salt in it.  Salt is a numbing agent.
