Our Bouillons contain no added salts or sugars.  And they are all totally vegan friendly.  The protein comes from fortified nutritional yeast, so it will add the nutrients you need without giving up on flavor.  We like our bouillons so much; we utilize it in many of our own recipes.
 
Our "Beef" flavor utilizes mushrooms and tomatoes to give a robust flavor of beef without actually utilizing this protein.
